Lee Preston has again agreed to run a workshop for members. Last time we visited Heptenstall and local moors. Everyone who attend said that they had learnt a lot and enjoyed the day despite the blustery weather. This year the venue as yet to be confirmed. There are 15 places available for members. Tickets cost £10 payable in advance. Further details will be announced at the start of the season.

The YPU have invited the Club to represent them at the 2010 PAGB Club Print Championships to be held at Connahs Quay on Saturday, 23rd October.  We have accepted their invitation.

We did represent the YPU at this event some years ago. From the knowledge gained then, information on the web about last year's competition together with a copy of the rules from the YPU it appears to be very similar to the PAGB Digital competition held last July when we also represented the YPU. This information has now been put together in the attached pdf document.

It is clear that we need the best possible selection of prints for the competition.  For the selection process we will start with the prints displayed at our recent exhibition and the YPU Exhibition but would welcome any new prints you have for selection. When you are considering any Club competition prints over the summer you please bear in mind this competition when producing prints. In particular more mono prints would be welcome.
