Profile: John Wells FRPS

John is a photographer who believes that lectures should be informative, entertaining and perhaps inspirational, but importantly, never boring.
His work covers every aspect of photography from contemporary and creative through to traditional, with subject matter including landscapes, street scenes, abstracts, polaroids, flat bed scans, infra-red etc.
All his images are printed on Fine Art papers, in monochrome or colour, dependent on the subject.
If you want to open your mind a little, and explore new photographic possibilities, then John is the lecturer. You may not appreciate everything he produces, but you will be entertained and perhaps you might even smile a little.
Gamma Photoforum is a small group of around thirty enthusiast and professional photographers representing a high standard of photography. Membership is by invitation of the members.
Eyecon is a group of photographers with diverse styles and interests, each committed to the realization of their own creative and artistic potential through the medium of photography. The group was formed in 1996 by the late Dr Eddy Sethna FRPS AFIAP to fill a vacuum in photography at Club level, namely the general lack of any forum for the sharing of creative ideas and techniques and the critical discussion of new work.
The strength of the group lies in its diversity and all Eyecon members are regular and successful exhibitors in National and International exhibitions in the UK and around the World.
Permajet, suppliers of Classic Fine Art papers and Ink Flow Systems, supports him.
